Nifty 50 - Bank Nifty 24th September – 28th September 2018

Weekly video on Nifty 50 & Bank Nifty. In this video, I have highlighted the current price structure of Nifty and Bank Nifty. I have explained through charts why one needs to be more objective at this stage with respect to call for Trend reversal in both Nifty and Bank Nifty. Out of the two, Nifty looks much more stronger. Bank Nifty trend has definitely weakened over the last 2-3 weeks. I have then mentioned observations on different NSE Nifty Sectors and identified their respective Trends.

I also highlight how what happened today with Yes Bank and Housing Finance companies has a deeper impact in terms of price structure of key large cap indices as well. Bank Nifty now is below the 200 DMA and this is not a good sign. Nifty is still above its 200 DMA and hopefully other sectors can chip in and keep Nifty afloat. I have identified FMCG, Pharma, I.T. and Nifty as sectors and indices which should be preferred for a long trade. In the end, I have mentioned Nifty support and resistance level along with Bank Nifty support and resistance level.
