Nifty 50 - Bank Nifty 3rd September – 7th September 2018

Nifty & Bank Nifty weekly market analysis video. In this video I have highlighted the price structure of Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty along with price structure update of USDINR and update on overall market breadth.

I begin this video by explaining price structure of Nifty and Bank Nifty through Nifty chart and Bank Nifty chart. I have used Market profile analysis to state that Nifty remains in a trending price structure whereas Bank Nifty post breakout is consolidating over the last 2-3 weeks in a broad based range.

I then move to fund flow data wherein I have done a comparative analysis of FII and DII participation in market over 2017 & 2018. DII's still remain the backbone of our market and if fund flows continue to improve from DII's, our market would continue to find support.

In the end, I have given update on Market breadth. Overall breadth has improved to about 20% but more needs to be done in terms of broader market performance. I have also shared chart of S&P 500 trend and reasoned why investors and traders need to be more patient when it comes to investing or trading the market. Nifty support and resistance along with Bank Nifty support and resistance level is posted in the end.
